Department of Homeland Security – USCIS – ASC

Application support centers (ASCs) provide biometric services appointments (fingerprints, photographs, and electronic signatures) for persons requesting an immigration benefit with USCIS. We may schedule you for an appointment at an ASC as we process your case if required. We will notify you about an ASC appointment by mail or electronically through your USCIS account, if applicable. You should wait to receive an appointment notice before visiting an ASC. There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC. ASCs do not directly provide Case Services relating to the status of applications or other associated services. There are around 70 Support Centers across the nation.

This was originally a Northrop Grumman primary contract, then PAE, and now is with Jones Lang LaSalle who has the overall management contract. Through the years we had the contract via SSA, Service Connection, and now at Urgent Property Services LLC. We provide daily services with staffing that has been properly vetted by the government. We also supply equipment and supplies as well as small services such as changing the lights when needed. Other services performed are window cleaning, carpet extraction, and floor care services.

Eglin Air Force Base

SSA now Urgent Property Services LLC had the contract for six years providing all janitorial, and custodial services all around the base with a staffing of approximately 65 people. We provided equipment, and supplies and stocked hundreds of buildings having a small fleet of cargo vehicles all around the base to effectively service daily. We had a Project Manager and several shift supervisors. The company at that time had a secret facility clearance issued by DSS.

Each shift had an EVS Supervisor who reported to our Director of EVS. The services were Environmental Services – Housekeeping and Linen Management. We also provided all interior and exterior support services for the entire premises and surrounding medical buildings. Urgent provided all equipment, supplies, and labor for this contract

Environmental Service Connect now Urgent Property Services LLC had a Master Service Agreement in place for three years. The contract ended when Saline Memorial merged with a regional health system. Urgent provided the environmental services/ housekeeping of the entire EVS department. We had a staff of 45 people on a daily 24/7 operation 365 days of the year. We had three shifts each shift with a supervisor in charge reporting to a Director of Housekeeping employed by us as well. Urgent provided all the necessary equipment, and supplies and also managed the day-to-day of the linen department.

Our company provided the equipment and labor staffing necessary to provide a high-level program. Our company employs a large number of floor supervisors to provide the highest level of satisfaction at all times.

Our company had more than 750 stores nationwide where the above services were provided on a daily basis with a periodic schedule for other facility support services. Our proprietary CRM system had the ability to schedule all the different services, had strong and robust reporting, and had an extensive ability to manage all the complaints and communications across the nation. The contract was a master Service Agreement that lasted over 12 years.

Urgent Property Services LLC provided services to 75 stores in Southern California. The services were janitorial and floor care services. This was a Master Service Agreement and we performed for around two years directly with the Sprouts Facilities department. Our company provided all the floorcare equipment necessary such as automated floor scrubbers, carpet extraction, battery operated buffers.

Services were provided during the graveyard shift seven days a week and we also provided construction pre- and post for all the new stores. All scheduling of services and reporting were through the Sprouts portal platform.
